Avis Triumphs at Round Six

Richard Avis took two wins from three to take an impressive victory at round six of the British SXS Championship. Held at the scenic Neuadd Farm circuit in Llandrindod Wells, the technical and fast track provided plenty of action at the NORA SXS organised event.

Josh Barrett Dominates at Pontrilas

Yorkshireman and former British Quadcross Rider Josh Barrett drove dominantly to secure maximum points at round two of the 2013 British SXS Championship. Held at the popular Pontrilas MX track and organised by NORA MX, spectators witnessed a spectacular day’s racing as over 22 stock Polaris RZR XP900’s battled it out over big jumps and quick straights during three races of fast and furious action.

Avis Wins British SXS Championship Opener

Reigning British SXS Champion Richard Avis took a sensational overall victory in the 2013 British SXS Championship opener at Wroxton, Oxfordshire. Organised by NORA MX and accredited to the ACU, a full line up of Polaris RZRs took to the grid as one of the UK’s most eagerly anticipated off road championships roared back to life for another season.

RZR Racing at Weymouth Beach Race

The 2013 Weymouth Beach Race took place this weekend with a UK first on the Sunday afternoon. Lined up for the first time ever, the RZR Championship drivers battled it out on the rough and tough Weymouth Beach sand track. Organised by O.R.E Events and affiliated by the ACU, the track had been built in the sand along the main promenade allowing spectators to see all of the racing action.

Richard Avis Wins First Ever British SXS British Championship

Richard Avis is the new ACU NORA MX British Side X Side champion – despite putting in one of his worst performances of the year at Wroxton on Sunday. A season of super consistency leading up to the final round ensured that none of the on-form teams were able to overhaul him.
